LunaGaia comes from the moon (luna) and the word for the earth as a goddess (Gaia). LunaGaia is a philosophy. The moon and the earth are symbols that guide us to reconnect with our natural strength and beauty. Our natural cycles of life are mirrored and reflected in the cycles of the moon and mother nature. As we become mindful of what we let into our bodies in terms of food, drink, images, thoughts, we feel healthier, stronger and more in balance. By accepting ourselves as we are today we embrace our soft femininity and find power within ourselves. Life coaching and yoga are wonderful ways to start this process. Helping us become present in the moment and accept our body, mind, spirit and emotions today...

LunaGaia is a physical and symbolic representation of the sacred space within each of us. It is a sacred space created for women to relax in and remember their inner and outer beauty. Goddess Yoga Circles are taught here. These are individual private yoga classes and small groups up to 4 women. Please visit the Yoga For Women page under Relax & Renew for more information.
Wise Woman Life Coaching, Relaxation Consultations and Relax & Renew Seminars are offered by phone to support women in creating their own sacred space and time. Each woman is then empowered to take what is offered and bring it into her own life in her own way.
