Women's Yoga Class (by phone!) = yoga breathing, simple stretches, philosophy, chakras, and more all taught safely and easily by phone (like listening to an audio CD)! Ask Rena = Q & A, group coaching support and processes to deepen the learning from other class calls.
If you miss a call or it does not fit your schedule, that's okay. As a Goddess Club Member you get access to recordings of each class!
